Deceased Left Property Worth $25,000 to a Few Heirs.
The will of the late Andrew Brixen was filed for probate yesterday with the county clerk by Dr. E. S. Wright, who with Julia Brixen, wife of the decedent, is named as executor. The petition for probate was set for hearing on August 1.

The will, which was made in this city on March 26, 1897, devises to decedent's only aunt on his mother's side, Mrs. Iver C. Jensen, residing at Randrup, Denmark, $500, and to Mrs. Johanna Gutke, of Smithfield, Utah, his mother-in-law, $1,000. The residue of the estate is to be distributed, one-half to the widow and the remaining half equally between the only son, Martin Brixen, aged 8 years, and decedent's surviving sister, Mary Brixen. The estate is valued at $20,000 in personal property and real estate yielding $200 annual rental. The real estate is worth about $5,500, and consists of the south half of lot 4, block 15, plat A; the south half of lot 8, block 25, plat A; 3 4-5 by 10 rods in lot 5, block 19, plat B: and 5 by 10 rods in lot 7, block 71, plat C, all in Salt Lake City survey.
