Oscar J. Gutke has filed in the United States court a petition in bankruptcy, stating that his liabilities are $886.20 and his assets household goods amounting to $65 for which he claims exemption.

Nicholas H. Groesbeck of Provo, J. A. Gutke and Thomas C. Hanley of Ogden, David J. Evans of Pleasant View, Miranda Wood of Eureka, A. L. Simondi and A. and Minnie Lockwitz of Salt Lake were each and all discharged from the bankruptcy division and given an even start with the world.
