"The trial of James Storey for assulting Mrs. John Green with intent to commit rape was resumed yesterday morning before Judge Bartch....."
"Fred Gutke testified that he lived nearly opposite Green's house. He was up and around walking in his garden on the morning when the offense was committed, but did not see Storey leaving Green's house. If he had left the house witness though he would have seen him."
