I am in the process of posting everything I have, so that I can back up documents/photos and also access the info from any location. Margaret Elizabeth Price Davis Obituary

DOWNEY, Idaho -- Margret Elizabeth Price Davis, 97, lifetime Marsh Valley resident, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2005, in Malad, Idaho. She was born June 30, 1907, in McCammon, Idaho, a daughter of Alonzo Harmon and Wilhelmenia Fredrika Gutke Price. She was raised and educated in McCammon, was a graduate of McCammon High School and later received her teaching certificate from the University of Idaho, southern branch (Idaho State). Margret taught school for a time for District 46 ("Chicken Flats"). She married Raymond Davis on June 29, 1929, and their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. Mr. Davis passed away on Dec. 23, 1975.

Margret has resided on the Davis Ranch since she and Raymond were married. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and had served in various callings through the years.

She is survived by her children, Lowell "Chuck" (Vera) Davis of Malad, Glade "Rusty" (Jane) Davis of Downey, Tim (Jeanie) Davis of Paradise, Willa (Odell) Andrews of Dayton, Idaho, and Florence MarRae Kent of Tremonton; 18 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; five sisters; one son-in-law, Gordon N. Kent; and one great-granddaughter, Courtney Davis. Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Feb. 19, in the Downey LDS 2nd Ward chapel. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Horsley's Marsh Valley Funeral Home, 570 N. Meadowview Dr., Arimo, and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in the Downey City Cemetery.
